one family table.
Since 2008, our family has been pulling pasta by hand and pulling chairs out for neighbours in Stouffville. What started as a small dining room across from the GO station has grown into a place where christenings, anniversaries, and quiet Tuesday dinners all share the same recipe — patience, fresh ingredients, and the time it takes to do it right.
Every sauce simmers from scratch. Every dough rests overnight. Our exhibition kitchen lets you watch it happen — because we want you to see your meal made the way Nonna would have made it.
